How do I set up a property?

Sign in to your StayOnTop host account and open the compliance dashboard. Enter the property name, US city, and listing count, then choose Set up property (or Save property when adding another). After saving, the dashboard selects that property and opens its obligations view. If you have more than one saved property, use Saved property to select the one you want to review.

Which obligations will I see?

The selected property view includes only obligations that are published, verified, and marked as applying to that saved property. Coverage is matched to the saved property’s US city and property name. If verified published coverage is unavailable, StayOnTop shows an honest empty state and does not substitute requirements from another city or property.

When are reminders available?

Accepted Answer

Reminders are unavailable when you have no saved property. For a saved property, reminder entries come only from matching obligations that are published, verified, apply to the property, and contain an explicit due-date detail the app can parse. If no matching dated obligation is available, no reminder entries are shown and the reminder section reports that state rather than inventing a reminder.

How are reminders classified?

An explicit, parseable due date is compared with the current day. A past date is classified as Overdue; today or a future date is classified as Upcoming. An undated or non-parseable due-date detail is not made into a reminder.

Are obligation dates calculated by StayOnTop?

Accepted Answer

No. Date text is supplied with the published obligation, and StayOnTop displays those supplied due-date details. It does not independently calculate a legal deadline from a cadence or create a new rule.

Where can I check an obligation’s source?

Accepted Answer

Each displayed obligation exposes its supplied source citation. When a source link exists, the citation is a link you can open; when no link exists, the citation is shown as text.

Question 7

Does StayOnTop cover every city or offer checkout?

Accepted Answer

Coverage is limited to matching verified published records. A city without a verified published record is not given invented requirements, and StayOnTop does not promise monitoring, broader coverage, or compliance verification beyond the records shown. Checkout, paid subscriptions, and paid access are not currently available.
